No response from manufacturer about defects
Loved the style and function of this fire pit. The assembly was easy if you just follow the directions. It took a little finesse to get some pieces lined up perfectly, but I'm a bit particular. Overall took about an hour to assemble. Connected the tank, fired it up, and was delighted.I noticed some bubbling at one corner of the metal tabletop a few weeks later, but assumed it was just a small defect. But less than 60 days since purchase (and only two 30 minute uses) the powder coating started to bubble and peel away completely from the metal on one of the table top pieces. Clearly some sort of defect in the finishing application on this piece. It's unsightly, and a terminal diagnosis for the bare metal underneath (rust will easily destroy it now.) There's no scratches or dents anywhere, it's been covered and protected, and none of the other pieces have started to bubble or peel (yet.)I tried to contact the manufacturer, sent an email with photos and details, and no response. Amazon return window has expired. Seemingly no other avenue for a correction, credit, or return? Unacceptable service/quality for a product at this price point.

Best Fire Pit for the Price
I've had this for about 2 months now. Was a little indecisive when I tried to choose among a few products, but I'm glad that I picked this one. Shipping was fast and installation took a while but not too bad as the instruction was clear and well written. Absolutely love it. Can't beat the price. Everybody wants to sit next to it and by end of every party every guest wants to have their own. Beautiful fire pit all around!

Worst thing I have ever assembled
Hope you like unscrewing and screwing in bolts. You'll be doing it forever. Every piece comes with the bolts in them that you have to first remove and then put back in. 50+ times. No matter what I did the top part of the table never lined up correctly. The material scratches very easily, I'm talking rubbing around on the cardboard it came in scratches.Save yourself the hassle and buy something that wasnt designed by Satan.Update 09/10/18. The finish on top is bubbling and peeling. Stay away from this hot garbage.

Finish peeled off
I ordered this product on March 5th. I didn't get it put together until April. It was relatively easy to put together considering all the parts and screws. It looked great and I was really happy with it. I've only used it once. I went out yesterday to cover it because we're starting to get warm here, in the 90s. As I was wiping it off a piece of the copper looking finish came off. So disappointed. This has barely been used. I'm not sure what I'm going to do about the finish as it's too late to return it. It's just on one section so if I could just get that part resent it would be better. In closing, beware of the finish....

The igniter switch is possibly going out, trying to get a hold of the company.
Update: We are having issues with the igniter button, takes forever to ignite, like it's going out. I can't find contact info to message the company directly about this part issue. We still have yet to hear from the company regarding this major issue. My husband loves it, it looks great, and puts out a nice fire. We did buy round, green glass, looks so pretty. Only thing I didn't like was the cover is super thin and cheap, but that's really a minor issue, because I will look for a better cover.

Cheap Junk
I have owned this for approx. 6 weeks and all the powder-coating is coming off. I had read other reviews before purchasing but just assumed that powder-coating issues discussed by other reviewers was coming off of lid because they didn't let it cool off before covering. But...let me go back:Ordered unit. It came from Amazon and it was missing one part (a leg of the unit) and another part was broken (a handle was stripped). I wrote the company and within a few weeks, I got the missing leg. I never got a replacement handle. On the first night on my patio, I had the cover on the unit and we had a light sprinkle. The next morning, I took the cover off to show a neighbor and the cover had acted like a sponge and the unit was soaked. Weird. I tossed the cover because it was cheap junk anyway. I have trash bags that were sturdier than their cover. After about a month, my wife noticed a bunch of bubbling looking areas all over the unit...the sides, the top, the doors...everywhere. This is where the powder-coating is separating from the cheap, thin metal. I got suckered on this one. I didn't bother contacting the company because I figure they would end up charging me an arm and a leg to return this pile of junk. I'll give it til spring and then toss it out with bulk trash pickup.P.S. Other than testing the unit, I haven't even used it yet because it has either been raining or too hot here in Maryland. I was looking forward to this fall but don't believe it is going to hold up til then.

Bad product, worse customer service
For the price, this seems like a fairly high-quality fire table. It arrived promptly, was overall easy to assemble, and worked pretty well. The issues with the igniter is real, as mentioned by other people. It worked on the first try about 75% of the time. The real problem, is that I had this table for just over six months, stored it properly under a high-quality aftermarket cover, only to find all of the powder coating have peeled off when Uncovered last week. I tried to contact the company, and have received no response. This seems to of Be a problem for many people. It is a shame, since initially the product had great reviews. other reviews. Look elsewhere for a fire table.

Fire pit can not stand up to outdoor environment
The cover that came with the fire pit was a flimsy piece of plastic. It ripped within the first week. The top piece for the fire pit warped and no longer fits flush with the fire pit. The fire pit is kept outside on our patio, but it has only been one season and this is what it looks like. The outside is peeling and looks horrible. There is nothing I can do about the warped cover of the fire pit part, but I was thinking about covering the perimeter with a thin brick tile to make it look better. I’m so disappointed that this is how it looks after one year.

Pleased overall
The instructions could be interpreted in more than one way. It's a two person job as it's hard to hold and screw the bolts by yourself. Don't do what I did. Make sure the self screw brackets are put on right or you wont be able to open one door and then you have to take off 8 more screws to fix and those screws are SUPER AWKWARD. GRRR. It is overall a good firepit. It's big enough to store 2 propane tanks inside

Disappointed
Fire table had a few scratches on the top panels which is very disappointing. The panels also aren’t completely flush after putting it together. Tried several times to loosen the bolts and retighten them to no avail
