If you put this in your freezer, it comes out like a block of ice. You have to allow it to melt a bit before adding it to your face or you'll just have an ice pack for your forehead. When you get it to the right temperature, it really helps to open the sinuses. That's the goal.

This is a good product, but it is very stiff when you first take it out of the freezer. You have to let it sit a bit and break up the beas so it will conform to your face.

Freezes really fast and lasts a long time. Nice with the straps so you can up wearing it. It worked great for my microneedling procedure. Helped with redness and puffiness. Great for the product!
