Controllers have an issue. I recently bought it and the controllers already have loose joystick issues

when i got the Vr box i looked at the box it looked little damaged but it looked like normal box damage but when i opened the box it was as if some one forced every thing in the box and closed it, and it looked like some one was removed all the stickers on the things so i didnt use it and closed the box because i dont know if some one stole the game and the 3 months trial from the head set or not so i didnt want to risk using it and ordered a replacement hope i get a new one that is not used and work fine

I bought this product thinking it will be an amazing first time VR experience but I’m disappointed. The picture is so blurry and your eyes get tired in 20-30 minutes of usage. No matter what setting you choose doesn’t make a difference. Rating 3 star only because if the lenses were better this product would have been amazing.

Unfortunately, the product controller tracking had a problem. Could not use the right controller because it was not tracking properly! Had to request a return and a refund. now looking for something more reliable.
