This came as one long piece with 4 Velcro areas. But how the hell is it two leg restraints?? Seriously though... did I miss the instructions... oh wait there were none!! Guess there was assumptions that this damn thing was self explanatory.... one would think it would be... guess it’s puzzle solving night.... 🙄

The rough side of the Velcro is on the inside of the leg portion. Caused an uncomfortable rubbing. Put them on and after very minimal movement they broke after one use. Do yourself a favor and save your money
