The worst fountain
Didn’t last one week, motor was very weak and then stopped completely.

UPDATE #2: This company has AMAZING customer service! I emailed them about the unit leaking, asked about their 24 month warranty and included pictures of the leak and proof of purchase. Within 24 hours, they replied back, asking for a little more information which I sent them and they had a new unit delivered immediately in less than 3 days. Kudos to this companies customer service! Thank you! UPDATE #1: We’ve had this water fountain for 15 months, it is very quiet and the animals love it, however, it is beginning to leak out of the view window side leaving puddles of water underneath of the unit. Pictures are from the leaking water. I’m so sad, this is an amazing animal fountain if it did not leak water. Our two cats are opposites and don’t seem to like the same toys, treats, beds, etc. But they both love this water fountain! We’ve had several different pet water fountains in the past that you heard the water running, however, this one is completely silent. It’s also easy to clean by hand or toss in the top of the dishwasher. I highly recommend!

Great fountain, our boys love it! Easy to wash and refill with water. One little downside we noticed was that the frequency of the little pump can cause a resonance in the bowl which can be loud. Took us a while to realise it was the water fountain, this is an easy fix, simple get some electrical tape and put it around the lid of the bowl - no more resonance and it’s super quiet.

Bastante bien los primero meses, después del quinto mes se empezó a salir el agua del tanque del lado de la ventana de nivel de agua. A veces la bomba de agua se queda sin funcionar, solo enciende la luz pero ni circula el agua.
