The paint is a strong coverage excellent paint

Lovely colour Storm Grey, used this paint for my swing chair for garden. Recommend sanding down metal if rusty, gives it a great finish when paint goes on. This colour was better than the paint that was originally on the metal and drying time is very quick. The only downside is the tin could have been a bit bigger. So you might have to buy two for larger items. Overall very happy and would definitely recommend.

It was like painting with jelly! The first coat failed to adhere to any form of metal (clean, stainless or iron) and went on smeary, streaky and poor. Any attempt to spread/smooth the paint just wiped it off. Better choose Hammerite as this stuff isn’t fit for a one coat application.

Instructions said 2 or 3 coats, we did 3. Really easy to put on and drying time really quick. Pleased with the final result and appearance. WIth a 15 year guarantee well worth the money.
