I had leg cramps for years. The soap-under-the-sheet worked for years (it really did. You don’t have to believe me), but this has worked since the soap trick quit. My mom recommended it and, like all things Mom, it’s true and effective

I am truly amazed at how quickly these tablets worked to relieve the hamstring, calve, ankle and foot cramps I was experiencing. (Not all at once, lol) I had been taking a magnesium glycinate blend because I heard that cramps were a sign that you are deficient in magnesium and I had heard that the glycinate form wouldn't cause loose stools. But that blend didn't seem to do anything about the cramping that happened mainly at night. I took 2 of the SlowMag tablets when I got them. Within an hour I could feel the hamstring cramp subsiding. I was able to sleep that whole night without waking in pain cramping in my legs or feet somewhere. The tablets were a little larger than expected, but still easy to take. I would recommend them if you are experiencing leg cramps.
