Zinc has many benefits. Two of the most common are immune support and men's health. There are published studies with zinc blocking the rhinovirus (cold and flu) from getting into cells. Also believed that Zinc helps boost T levels. I cannot post the links here but do your own research. The studies are out there. Will continue to use.

I have been taking zinc supplements to help boost my immune system to fight colds etc. The others all were mildly nauseating to me, but this one is not.

This one is perfect. Specially if you need to take B6 as well (my case).

Zinc is great for the cold & flu season and for keeping one’s immune system as good as it can get.This type of zinc, OptiZinc, is the “as good as it gets” type of zinc when it comes to a balance of bioavailability and price. There are formulations of zinc which I think are even better (Zinlori is unbeatable), but the price for those is super high for taking every day. So, if you need an extra boost to your immune system (which is tied closely to your digestive system), then definitely consider Zinlori, but for everyday use, I would take this supplement hands down!! Easy to swallow (the pills are skinny cylinders that measure maybe 1cm by 3mm) and inexpensive.
