I don't give many 5 star ratings, but couldn't be happier with this product. Real metal needles, love the case, good price, no negatives I can find. Will it help my hair loss? Don't know but I recommend this product. I did research and make sure to sterilize every use with alcohol. I just put alcohol in the bottle cap and dip roller into that before use.

First time using a product like this and I have to say I am pleasantly surprised by the comfort and the lack of unnecessary pain.

Good quality, the case is just right for sterilizing with alcohol because of the little reservoir that keeps needles suspended but not touching bottom
