Yes. It is spendy. But everything for first aid is there. It's got a great case and is well laid out. No, you're probably not going to do a mass-casualty thing, but if that's you're intent, become a medic with ACLS or BMS certification. I haven't saved a life with this, but I have aided in suffering.
