Multiple Mini Interviews (MMI) for UK Dental School Paperback – 1 Aug. 2014

This book in short is awesome. It really helps with dental interview prep, whether you are having MMI for a graduate entry or for a classical interview. It has a lot of questions and really helps you see the pattern of ho to answer the question to get the highest points. Of course you do need the natural core interview material but this book really gives it a backbone. I have sat two interviews with another coming up and have already had one offer. Although it was my own hard work and determination, this book was a life saver and a must buy for any student soon to be attending a dental interview.

This book is fantastic… and definitely the main reason why i got offers from my interviews!! The book is slightly older so somethings may be a bit outdated but this book is so useful and gives model answers for the questions!!! Can’t recommend enough… literally my saving grace.

Would absolutely recommend this for anyone doing dentistry interviews! It gives you a LOT of very useful information you should know/most likely will get asked about in an interview and it’s so nice having everything in a book (rather than having to find info online about topics in dentistry). I think this book is partly the reason why I managed to get 3/4 offers from my interviews. Don’t miss the opportunity to get it. Also, the style of writing and layout of the book makes it really easy to read.

Despite numerous typos and grammatical errors, the book gives a broad range of excellent advice and tips for any students facing uni dental interviews.

I have found this book invaluable during my application process, which has been lengthy and stressful. Following my purchase of this book I felt more in control of my future and more capable of performing in the interviews. In an environment where there are so many excellent candidates and few spaces it is vital to be well equipped for interviews - there is no point in working your socks off to perfect your personal statement only to lose out at the interview stage. Brought for someone else but I’ve been told it’s a good book and gives lots of things to talk and practice for interview

This book has some good guidance for MMI preparation. However, for the price, I am appalled at the numerous grammar and spelling errors. In a few places, the guidance is ambiguous.

This book was invaluable for my son who eventually got 3/4 offers. It is expensive, but it's a small proportion of the whole expense of going to open days, interviews etc. Many questions asked were covered in the book or answers could be modified. Would recommend this to any student applying to dental schools in the UK.
