It is very much trustable! I noticed the sleep quality improvement just after 2 days of usage. Stomach discomfort did happen when i took too little water after consuming the tablet. However, if magnesium is consumed daily, it’s effect are noticeable only for first to second half of the usage week. Noticeable effect become stagnant thereafter however it still continues to work and improve the sleep quality and muscle recovery and person do feel rejuvenated after waking up and i was able to achieve all my task and my productivity did crossed the targeted mark! However, if your are planning for it. My recommendation: 1. Make sure to drink enough water after consuming tablet to avoid stomach gas related discomforts. 2. Dont take it with any calcium products as they negates its benefits 3. Take it just after dinner to max benefits! That’s all. Hope this helps!

These are the best magnesium tablets I’ve ever used. They’ve made a noticeable difference in my overall energy levels, sleep quality, and muscle relaxation.

This one is good. Initially, I was getting a little drowsy when I just started taking it once a day. Now, it's all good. It definitely improves sleep but you need to stick to the serving size which is 2 tablets a day. When I consume 2 tablets a day (440mg total) I definitely sleep better and wake up with my muscles relaxed. You can feel the difference of relaxed muscles versus tensed muscles on the days you skip it. Sleep surely improves. I am able to wake up and function on just 6-7 hours of sleep now without feeling the need to take a nap. However, I don't think it does much if anything for anxiety directly. Also, it does cause a little digestive discomfort. So break it down into 4 pieces and consume with meals. The tablets are also huge.

It's pretty decent, I have fibromyalgia and usually my muscles keep quite stiff. I take two tablets and it helps me relax and sleep fast. Also it helps with constipation as well I assume.
