Disappointed
The pan arrived in a faulty condition. There were abrasive bits on the inner coating of the pan so had to exchange it and the new replacement had a lid that did not fit securely

Cooking pot
Food does not stick to the pan. Hence cleaning easier. Less oil required for cooking. Only one has to be careful that the heat is low.

I recently purchased ember nonstick kadai , I'm very impressed. The nonstick surface works beautifully, It arrived in great packaging, ensuring everything was in perfect condition. The spatula is a nice touch, complementing the kadai well. Overall, an excellent product that I highly recommend!
