Gilmour 3/4-Inch Hose to 1/2 Brass Pipe Connector 7MH7MP5P

Not as described. It has 1/2 internal threads on one end. 3/4 external threads on each end. Hose threads on one end and pipe treads on the other. The picture shows external 1/2 treads on the one side and 3/4 external pipe treads on the other end. Very disappointed I needed the right item not the wrong one.

Received 2 ea. 3/4-Inch Hose to 3/4 Brass Pipe instead of 1/2 MPT and both units were poorly threaded on the pipe side. Units would not seal even using teflon tape. MPT threads were NOT cut deep enough and were "squared" off on top. Replaced with 3/4-Inch Hose to 1/2 MPT purchased from Ace Hardware.

This product is described incorrectly. I received 3/4" hose thread by 3/4" NPT Male and on the inside of the fittting 1/2" NPT Female. This is not what I wanted. It should have been 1/2" NPT Male. While it technically works similarly, I can't stand the untidy appearance of the exposed threads.

As reported by other reviewers, the size was not as described. Fortunately, Amazon issued a refund.

Description said 100% brass but it came with a warning that there's chemicals that are known to cause cancer/ birth defects. I wanted to use this on an auxiliary water tank on my camper but can't with that warning...

Bought this to adapt my water tank, it was a snug fit and keeps the water from leaking. This was the thing I need and it arrived in a timely manner! No complaints with this product.

Fit into my Romotech water tank easily. Used thread seal tape and have no leaks.
