Worked right out of the box. Completely happy with this product. I am using it in the Philippines too. It helps it you use a VPN for some apps but it will slow it down a bit. My kids ❤️ love when we are on a long road trip.

It does work, But if you backup cam turns on, you will lose Apple CarPlay. Plus gets very hot, they told me not to worry unless it gets over 140degrees. Well I seen it get up to 118degrees. Not going to wait for it to hit 140. So I sent it back. Made me nervous

It works great when it plays. I have trouble restarting if it loses wifi connection. I contacted the customer service be emailed (the only option, no number) and asked for a returned phone call...no such luck.

Works on my 2025 Silverado RST with my Firestick. Pretty cool device.I had to unplug 2 or 3 times when I first was connect to the wifi in my truck. After that, no issues, it just works.

I bought one of these to use in a Mercedes GLE and it’s a huge disappointment.It works, technically, but not well, and not in a way I’d actually use.First things first, it refuses to update to the newest firmware. It came with a build from January 2025 and detects that there’s an April 2025 build, goes through the process of downloading and installing, but then after rebooting it still has the old version number.There are two options for aspect ratio of the content, Original and Full Screen. This doesn’t do anything because the content displays full screen either way, stretching everything horizontally pretty meaningfully.Last, the frame rate the device passes through is pretty low, I’d say 15fps on average, and not even a consistent 15 because there’s pretty noticeable stuttering.
