Strong sharp knife with a good grip.

The knife is an excellent bread knife, apart from the comfortable handle and a good cutting edge the most noticeable thing is the weight. This is a very solid product and the combination of a good edge and weight means that it cut every type of bread I have so far tried it on with ease. It's only limitation is the length of the blade which, like most, is not quite long enough to cut the largest loaves with ease.

These James Martin knifes are great and good value for money . I have a full set and don’t let the wife touch them . Look after your tools and they look after you .
