Sorry to disagree with Patricia again but no, this isn’t an official Lego set so I doubt their site will solve anything. If it was a Lego brand set missing a piece then I imagine they likely would replace the piece. This is clearly an off brand building block set from China and doesn’t resemble the Lego Botanical Bonsai set. The description also clearly states that these blocks are smaller/not compatible with common Legos so I don’t know why there’s also these “answers” sending people to the Lego site.

It’s not a Lego brand build so it’s certainly not on the Lego website (though most of the official Lego sets from the 90’s to present are). Sorry I don’t have an answer but looking at Lego site won’t help. There is a Lego bonsai but it’s a different set than this
