I have a young Dr working his first job.His big thing is treating insomnia w/o pills.I normally seep abut 3-4 hours a night.Update…. These are a wonderful gift for anyone with insomnia.After about eight days, nine days of wearing needs, my body started to feel strange that I wasn’t in a panic mode all the time and it is amazing to have a good night sleep.I wish I could give more than five stars.They fit wonderfully over my glasses. They’re a great product.Wear it watching TV or walking around about 30 minutes before bed.Sleep in a dark and either quiet or a sound machine….On the first night I used it, I slept for 5 hours and 11 minutes, I woke upfeeling a lot better.The 2nd night I was not so honest in my wearing it and I drank about 4 oz of RC cola. But I still slept 4 hours and 42 minutes.(According to my Apple Watch and my CPAP machine report-said within a few minutes of that time).Before the orange glasses-most days I have been manic.I am very happy, today was my 3rd morning and I am starting to feel normal in my brain…They work great!!! And totally happy with the price, and the free shipping with prime…. ( so far this year I have saved close to $300 on shipping).It asks about sun protection, I can’t help on that, I only wear to help before bed.They do not fog at all while you’re walking around or laying in bed watching TV.They feel very well made and I love the “grip” around the side of your head back to the ears.It asks about eye protection, I am not sure what they mean.I have not gone outside, but they will stop anything as in it being a “safety glasses”.

These are about as close to a perfect product as I've ever purchased.I didn't buy these to be used as safety glasses specifically, but they do fill that role in a sideways manner for me. I use these for cycling. I initially got them because it kind of stinks cycling in snow and rain with regular glasses, I wanted something to protect my glasses, and I found these.They're shockingly good for cycling. Not only do they protect your glasses and eyes from dirt, debris, bugs, and wind, but they also make incredibly good sunglasses due to their blue blocking capability. The amount of blue light these block makes them outstanding for the intense Rocky Mountain sunshine I live in, and if I feel I need even more protection, I can simply wear my prescription sunglasses under them.But what about night time? Again, outstanding. They aren't dark so you can still see enough to get around, and once again their blue blocking ability shines in how they handle the absurd LED headlights everyone has these days. Put these on and those headlights are instantly tamed, everyone looks like they only have yellow running lights on. They perform that function far better than any yellow driving lenses I've ever used.If I had to come up with a con it would be that when I get sweaty they can start to slide. That problem was easily solved with an adjustable eyeglasses strap. Now they stay perfectly in place.

These work well to block the light and allow me to read on my e-reader and still get sleepy. They fit over my regular glasses. They do begin to feel heavy after a while and become uncomfortable even though they are plastic. Adjusting them helps.

Really liked these orange safety glasses to wear over my prescription glasses while biking, walking and sitting on the beach. However, can't see things that are green when wearing them (or for a few minutes after removing glasses); I am somewhat color-deficient, though, so that may be the issue. My daughter and son love them and don't have the same issue seeing green.About 2-years in, I noticed some small scratches. I emailed NoCry (they're outside of the US and do not offer phone support) and was offered a one-time courtesy replacement pair. I thought that that was very generous; good customer support. I purchased an additional pair in gray that I can wearing while driving (fingers crossed that I'll be able to see when a red traffic light changes to green).

These are fairly high quality. They block all around the sides pretty well. Work well with my glasses. Might not with very large ones. Darker in the dark, but screens are viewable. Annoying until you get used to the effect, but for better sleep you might find it is worth it. (You would think that people who used to watch black and white TV would be fine with it, but takes getting used to.) Compare this to the cost of other things for sleep! Costs less and might work better than melatonin! Worth having and training yourself to use.

It is alright

I am finding these goggles to be calming to my end of day tv watching and iPhone usage. I am finding that I don’t want to watch anything with blue light without putting these on within one hour before bed. These goggles fit perfectly over my existing eyeglasses.
