This might be my favorite cookbook to date! The photography is amazing, vibrant, mouthwatering, & food comes alive on the page.The recipes are accessible, delicious, and perfect for entertaining. I’ve tried several recipes so far, and each one have been a hit with my kids & friends!Buy this book - you’ll absolutely love it!!!

I love Dennis Prescott and this cookbook is one more reason why. He shares so many amazing tips here. His personal broth and tomato sauce recipes as well. The photos are fabulous, with easy to follow recipes. His use of the grill to prepare meals that you'd ordinarily cook on the stove or in the oven is his specialty and adds so much to the flavour. He's a Canadian treasure!

This is one of the best cookbooks I have purchased or seen in the book stores. The pictures are topline pro and accurately depict the recipe. This is so nice we are showcasing it on our coffee table. Very well done.

I am reviewing the book Cook with Confidence that has Over 100 Inspiring Recipes to Cook. It is a beautiful Hardcover book with gorgeous pictures. It is so pretty it could even be a great coffee table book. I like that most of the recipes are on one page with a picture included showing the finished dish. This is not a book I would give to a beginner cook. The recipes are pretty in depth and have a lot of ingredients. This book seems to be for the more experienced or adventurous cook who likes to make a bougie dish. This could be fun for making a fancy dish for a special occasion when you want something a bit more exciting than you might cook on a daily basis. Some of the ingredients were a bit on the pricey side but that would be OK for a special dinner. The font in this book was medium size and I could read it OK but might be a struggle for some people to read. However the font size allowed everything to fit on one page, which I liked. The author also has some great tips in the book which are helpful and some cute stories.
