I purchased this product specifically because it showed it would arrive on Wednesday, 01/07/26. There were a few similar options that were slightly cheaper, but I chose this one because it advertised next-day delivery. Unfortunately, that did not happen. It seems the item may have gone out of stock at the Amazon fulfillment center during my purchase, but I was never notified. Instead, I only realized there was an issue when the package didn’t arrive and I checked the tracking myself. At that point, the delivery date had suddenly changed to Wednesday the 13th—an entire week later. If I had known this upfront, I would have made a different purchase decision. I specifically needed the item quickly, and the lack of communication made the entire delivery process feel misleading. On top of that, customer service was difficult to reach and not helpful, which added to the frustration. Aside from that, the actual product itself is solid. The headlight bulbs are very well made and feel like good quality right out of the box (5/5). Installation was fairly straightforward and didn’t require anything complicated, though it wasn’t completely effortless either (4/5). Once installed, they worked exactly as intended with no flickering or issues (4/5). Brightness is definitely a strong point—these lights are noticeably bright and provide great visibility at night without being overly harsh (5/5). As for value, they aren’t the cheapest option available, but the performance and build quality help justify the price (3/5). Overall, despite the frustrating delivery experience, the headlights themselves perform well and do what they’re supposed to do. I would recommend the product based on quality and performance, but the company could seriously improve their communication and customer service. So I’ll give three stars three for the product and -2 for the crappy deceiving customer service

Swapped my headlights on my 2019 Challenger. Average brightness and high beams are pretty standard too. Pretty solid deal.
