Don't let the size fool you: this PCs size does NOT reflect on its performance! As someone who has built and used the last three PCs for my family has had, this machine is a MUCH better option for those who need an all purpose workhorse.I found myself needing a low-cost gaming PC, and this mini PC fits the bill quite nicely. It would not be suitable for someone who downloads several games at a time, but as someone who usually focuses on just a few games at a time, it does well. I plan to eventually expand the RAM and SD, but out of the box, it does just fine if you're not looking for the best graphics.I have paired this with a 16" portable monitor, which allows me to game while travelling as long as I have something to plug it into.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I got two of them, one for my wife to do office work on and one for myself to use for gaming. We have had no problems with either machine. They are both working flawlessly no matter what we have done with them.

The product works amazing. I had a couple questions and their customer service department answered them quickly and thoroughly. I would recommend buying their product. They are a good company to buy from.

Unit is Garbage now. This did work when first powered on. After about 60-days it just simply went dead - lights on, but no response. Getting help was not easy but was given a list of things to try. None worked and so I contacted support again for the "worry free" warranty. I was told it was out of warranty and the product no longer available. (The same part number exists as another item on Amazon by the same company however) Then I had to remind support that it clearly states this product has "18 month" " Worry-free" warranty. The worry-free part is obviously on their side of things, as I was then offered a discount on purchasing a new one (what kind - how much? no answer!) then told to return it to AMZ (past 30-day return window) and when that was not possible I was then told I could send it back to them for refund. I asked how to send it back. No answer yet. One gets one email a night if they reply and this company does not seem to have a USA office - or at least none that I can tell yet. As this is still unresolved I am rating it 1-star as zero stars is not an option. I can not recommend this company.

Got this for my son and he's extremely pleased! It runs his games amazingly he said. High quality computer for a really good price imo.
