Great mini PC with good price. It's compatible with Linux. Easy to upgrade SSD and/or the RAM modules. I like it!

this is a cheap computer but is a great value for the price.

The quality control is not great - the item was received with a piece of plastic stuck in the fan, which I had to remove. Otherwise works great so far, cooling is good (and quiet), and it runs moderately heavy tasks (video transcoding, light gaming, etc.) quite well. I've been running Fedora Linux on it, and haven't run into any issues yet.

I was forced to buy another computer due to Window 10 phase out. This little unit runs rings around my other computer and for a remarkably reasonable price. My only complaint, if you will, is the number of usb ports but an inexpensive USB hub solves that. It starts up quickly and I don't notice any noise or heat issues. I have it mounted on the back of my monitor which is a minor inconvenience when it comes to turning it on. I highly recommend this unit after 3 months of use.

Fast unit. Got tired of the old slow Windows (10) tower.

Sits nice right under my monitor. No longer have a computer on the floor in the way.

Would have kept but reverted back to win10 and couldn't get graphics driver to take tried everything just wasn't happening I like being able to do whatever I want with something I have purchased and unfortunately most pcs come with win11 which came to be more of a hassle then expected trying to revert back to win10

2025.04.10 Using as a server for our home. (Media, files, cameras, webservers, etc.). Wiped the drive and installed Manjaro Linux. (Not even touching / trusting pre-installed windows 11) Took me 4 hours to set up all the server stuff. This computer has done excellent so far, 5 star. Only quirk I ran into was having to swap a USB A hub for USB C to run my external storage drives but not really an issue, better that way anyway. 2025.04.16/17 I reached out to support about the USB issue and in summary: do not expect any support from "bosgame". ### My email: Greetings, I am contacting you to advise that the subject mini PC I ordered seems to have an issue with at least one USB port. In my review I mentioned I couldn't connect my external drive successfully to that port but if I use a different port, the external drive works as expected. I have recently tried a completely different external drive on that port and it has similar problems, it initially connects but then fails after a few seconds as if power is being interrupted. Are there other troubleshooting steps I could take, or would it be best to return this unit? Be advised also that the Windows OS was replaced with a Linux distribution for use as a home server. GREAT FOR WHAT IT IS , TURNS ON SUPER FAST

This mini computer did not work. It did not allow setup of the operating system. I had to reboot like 20 times and once in while I would get through the first 3 screens of setup, but usually not. It was a total waste of my time, and it was obviously a used, refurbished, or renewed machine that was packaged as if someone had tried rewrapping the package with tape. What was really disturbing is that if this machine had already been returned once by someone, why would they not bother trying to fix it before reselling it again. That was classless. Furthermore, it was listed as brand new, not renewed. From now on, when I see the name BOSGAME, I will quickly bypass any of their ads. PS, I gave a one star because I could not give zero stars. I would like to thank Amazon for quickly and efficiently handling the return professionally. Thank you, well appreciated.
