These are great baskets, great quality and easy to store in the fridge for bulk fermentation. They look professional and beautiful. My dough stuck to the bottom a little bit but it might just be me.

These work great for proofing and can claps to take up less room. I thought they were oblong and round but one is kinda triangular. They are great for counter or fridge proofing and the removable liner works great if you flour it properly.

I really enjoy these. The woven fabric is very sturdy, and the matching covers are a nice addition. These will be my new favorites to use.

These are really nice bannetons. They make a perfect boule size for my Dutch oven. I started making my loaf pan with the second one and it works great too. I dust the cloth with rice flour and then when I am ready to bake, I turn them out, completely dry them in open air and then back into the cabinet. I have a friend who hangs hers as part of her kitchen decor and I have thought about doing that too.

I wasn’t sure how to feel about these at first, but after using them for a couple weeks I absolutely prefer them to my wooden bannetons. I love that it’s all washable, but washing isn’t necessary. They even suggest that you don’t wash the cotton liners every single time. The covers are super convenient and everything fits very well. One of my baskets is slightly larger than the other, but I’m not complaining, it doesn’t affect how anything fits. I love them.
