I didn't like it, so why am I giving it 5 stars?
It's very well-made and would probably make many customers quite happy with the purchase, but I had a use for it that Rufus told me wouldn't work -- and he was right. I decided to ignore his AI brain and bought it anyway. Got it today and tossed it out today. i have no use for conventional ice cubes., but if I did have a use for it, this would be the ice cube gizmo I'd want. I didn't return it because there was nothing wrong with it.

Better than the plastic trays
These are much better than the plastic trays. Need to remember, don't fill water to top. Water expands as it freezes. AND....you do need to run the bottom under water before you try to pull the handle back. Some ice might stick....just be patient...and tap LIGHTLY with a meat tenderizer. Nothing is perfect when your ice maker no longer works and you have to make ice the old fashioned way.

Perfect!
These are AWESOME! Keeps the ice bin filled with little effort! Solid tray and ice cracks easily. I haven’t had an ice maker in fridge ever, but recent guests that need ice made having some ice trays a necessity. This met the need without taking up counter space from an icemaker, or adding one to 12yr old fridge! Simple, easy, makes me happy! Super fast delivery!

Difficult to Handle
The handle was too difficult to manage and the edges of the metal were sharp. I was not able to use the handle and was unable to make ice cubes.

Nice old school icetray
Silicone is nice and lightweight but there's nothing like the feel of stainless steel. This product feels like the trays we had in the freezer when I was growing up as a kid which will probably aluminum when I think about it. We purchased these trees when the ice maker in our refrigerator stopped working. Cheaper than calling a repair person. Turns out we needed a new compressor and since it was under warranty it didn't cost anything but we still use The ice trays

pulling on the handle to release the ice cubes is easy but It is best to let the tray set for a few minutes before pulling the handle.

Ice cubes don’t pick up odor from freezer
Very pleased with tray! Most importantly ice cubes do not pick up food odor from the freezer.
