Use this product to help my father after surgery. Thought it was great at first, resolve the problem until he will be able to make it to the bathroom after a hip replacement. Worked great for a short time, on the 6th day the motor stopped running in the middle of the night. The apparatus that connects to the penis does not seal very well, had to supplement with paper towels around the device to keep leakage at Bay. The strap system that supposedly holds the suction cup is pretty much useless, uncomfortable and does not hold the device in place. I recommend finding a different solution.

Does not work, leaks badly and does not create a seal. Pump is weak, most of the urine goes all over you rather than being pumped away. Was able to return item.

After surgery for multiple fractured leg, I was hoping this would work. Even trying to get up on knees, it leaked all over and the pump did not start soon enough. Not sure if was overflow or just poor fitting. Tried several times. Maybe if pump turned on faster it might be helpful. I am 5’6” 150#

This product worked great for 24 hours after that did not work at all. I charged it fully and even had it plugged in while trying to use it and never worked again. My father-in-law came home from the hospital and was recovering from a fall we were hoping this could work and it did for 1 day. Do not waist your money buying this item.

Product works well, solved the issue

The nubs on the pump are too short and too small to attach the tubing. I bought this looking for a less expensive version of the Pure Wick. Since then, I bought the Pure Wick and now I know how this is supposed to work. I think with some fiddling with other tubing and maybe some silicone glue to attach a small tube to extend the little nubs to attach the supplied tubes, I'll be able make this work as a portable device. Of course, such work shouldn't be necessary
