Buen producto y fácil de armar, pero llegó incompleto puesto que le faltaban tornillos y taquetes. Intenté contactar al vendedor para que me los enviara y no le importó y me remitió a Amazon… y Amazon no tiene la opción para completar el pedido, sino que debes regresarlo… de ahí que conseguí los aditamentos faltantes y terminé de armarlos.

Arrived with 1 wrong piece but was easy to cut down to make work/avoid return & customer service. Feels sturdy/looks nice.

After assembly, one rack is great. The other one has holes that are misaligned and rack won't close. Company wouldn't send me one to replace the one defective one. They sent new legs so we had to take apart and rebuild the second suitcase rack. They did give me a $12 credit when I said it would be difficult to return it because i'd already put it together and would need to take it apart to return and would also need to find a big box for it to fit in.
