Fits well. Bought it over some cheaper versions as I trust the brand and supposed to reduce fogging. Not sure about no fogging, maybe reduces somewhat, hard to tell how much. It sits on the nose and definitely stops you from seeing anything outside. Satisfied with the purchase

Parfait pour le Meta Quest 3! Il est fourni avec deux mousses de confort, ce qui est pratique. Le seul conseil que j'aurais c'est : si vous utilisez votre Meta Quest pour Beat Saber : retirez le système de protection au niveau du nez. Sinon vous allez vite avoir très chaud, et même si la protection nasale est très souple, son entretien n'est pas facile sauf si vous la déclipsez (ce que je conseille) Bon produit, passe correctement avec des lunettes (pensez à bien positionner les mousses). Produit de bonne facture, se règle en profondeur, je recommande!

I was a bit skeptical about whether this would be all that much different than the standard piece that comes with the Quest 3, but I was pleasantly surprised. It's not night-and-day, but it really does feel more comfortable than the original interface. And the soft piece is connected with Velcro-like attachments so that it can be removed. I found that the removable piece overlapped the nose cutout and intruded into my nose at bit, so I detached and re-attached it with the pieces a bit further apart and now it feels great. I will say, though, that in order to get a solid fit so that the headset won't move around I still had to pull the straps pretty tight (using the original straps that came with the Quest 3). That results in some soreness around my cheekbones if I leave the headset on too long. So in addition to this I also bought the Kiwi Design H4 halo headstrap, which eliminates that problem.
