First time with this product but not new to Berberine. Type 2 Diabetes runs in the family and I'm the only one so far not afflicted. However last year I got lazy and plumped up 30# and my A1C reflect that and put me right on the edge of being pre-diabetic. First thing I did was get my head out of my you know what and drop the weight. The A1C dropped but I was left the weird cravings for sugars that I didn't have before and even stranger reactions to foods that felt like sugar highs and crashes even though I hadn't eaten anything to cause that. It was really strange and frustrating. I mean I'd eat a simple garden salad with vinegar and oil and get extremely tired as if I ate a bowl of Frosted Flakes with a bowlful of Sugar added in to boot. I figured my system just needed some time to readjust to some clean eating but after a couple of months with no improvements I started researching some supplements and came across Berberine. I was on the other brand for roughly 3 months. I want to add in that at 56 yo my A1C was fine until I gained that #30. I can't explain why my system didn't reset after I lost the weight after only holding that extra weight for about 6 months other then getting old SUCKS. I switched to Sotalix Berberine with Cinnamon+Milk Thistle+Bitter Melon+Turmeric+Ashwagandha because specifically states Glucose Health, Digestion and weight management. The other additives I use in other ways already and here they are already blended in so that was a bonus to me. I've only been on this brand product for a short time but I've used other products from this brand name and have come to trust Sotalix and expect satisfaction with their Berberine offering as well. Their product quality and price point is exceptional.

I have used this product for a week now. I am really liking it! It has pretty much stopped my craving for sweets. I’ve noticed some weight loss, pants fitting differently. I am curious to go back to the doctor to see what my A1C has changed to! I like that this is a natural product. It has not affected my stomach at all. Im looking forward to see how I am after a month! Good price point for this product as well.
