This tree is listed as Most Realistic on their website so this would be on the 3rd level you described. The realism level depends on the percentage of PE needles and this is one of the highest.

I didn't get the one with lights on it, but most are standard plug ins. and you get a bag for the tree and the stand.

Q: how many lights on the 7.5 ft tree

We use about 7 strands of 100 lights on our tree. I can’t figure out how to attach a picture, but it looks full. Hope that helps.
