Just been taking them a week now. I haven't seen any difference yet, but I am going to finish the 2 packages I have. They are softgels, a good size pill, but easy to swallow. I have not had any side effects thus far. For the two packs I received was a good value for the money about a 90 day supply of not more. So, if anything changes. I will definitely let you all know.
