A lot of the reviews for this item are negative and posted because the handle broke.My handle came apart after a couple of turns, but I was prepared for this and had some blue loctite to put on the thread of the screw. after that no problem. Every airsofter should have a small tube of blue loctite in their kit anyway.The next thing you will read in reviews is that it completely broke or the handle broke off. After using this, I can only assume that there are some heavy handed folk out there, cranking this thing like they were reeling in jaws! I read these reviews and was again prepared. when I got the loader, I practised with it a few times. You can try it too. I was using 20rnd midcaps. I filled the loader, put in the mag and **gently** turned the handle. it does make an awful cracking ratcheting noise as it loads the bbs, but after a few turns of the handle you feel a little tension. I stopped and unloaded the mag and counted the BBs - 130!! I repeated this process a couple of times until I was happy that when I felt that tension, I could be sure that the mag was full.For the price it is definitely worth it. most of these bad reviews come from misuse, and the small issue of the screw coming off the handle, which is easily fixable.I took a risk on it and tested it based on what the reviews were saying, and now I have left my review, hopefully, if you are reading this, it helps you make your decision.I would definitely replace this with another if mine catastrophically broke as the speed and ease that this thing loads mags with is far far superior compared to plunger type loaders, especially if you are running tons or real caps, low caps or mids caps.

I have used this speed loader several times now for the full day off airsoft and its not let me down yet still going strong

yea this speed loader isnt the best. its made from what i can tell completely plastic and it feels cheap all around. i havent managed to break mine yet but from what i can tell i dont think it will be long until the arm snaps of or the internals just stop working. i think if your careful (which isnt something alot of airsofters do) this may last you a while. but i would just buy a more expensive one.

I'm going to write this now, people who are saying that this is a bad piece of tech and that it "Self-disassembles" IS WRONG, I used this during an intense MIlsim this weekend and had no bugs or glitches what-so-ever, brilliant way to fast-load any mid-cap mag (I used Nuprol 140s) within seconds!worth every penny and for holding 1000 rounds, can easily load plenty o mags for all your DAKKA needs!

Loaded the first magazine with no issues. I emptied the same mag and tried to reload it to give the speed loader a few run through s and it kept jamming. I emptied the loader and looked inside to see that it had split the plastic.
