One month in and it works great.

We bought this machine in April had it for less than two months, 1/4 of the ice balls would melt if you didn't stay on top of taking them out and putting in your freezer but we still liked it until it broke! of course outside the return deadline. After a month of back and forth we now get to pay to have it shipped to Fridgidaire for a refund! so angry! should've just bought in a big box store (walmart) and the. would've gotten a full refund!!!!

Makes spheres quickly! Perfect for a nice pour of Bourbon

worked great for about 1 year & 3 months, belt in the top stop, chewed up and the insides. water poured out the back like a stiff. like i said great for about a year, if you have $300.00 to spend every 1 year and 3 months then go head buy one

It doesn't exactly make "large spheres" they are round, but they are closer to the size of a normal ice cube from a tray. I am going to keep it for the man cave, but I will continue to use the large molds for my whiskey rocks.

Do not buy this unless you want to babysit. It makes the globes and drops them in the plastic container and they instantly start to melt. You have to take them out asap or you have to restart the process. Great idea, but doesn't work.

Ice maker looks and works great but shipping was super slow. I ordered December 27 and did not get it till January 15.

Product is not the best quality! Feels cheap! I wish i could return it but i live in other country and i had to use a frigth forwarder. Dont buying again anything from that brand !
