Great stuff! Sticks to aluminum!
I used this to pain the aluminum under my gas tank on my boat. It works just as described and sticks really well to aluminum.

Rust-Oleum 254170 Professional Primer Spray Paint, 15 oz, Aluminum
Primer went on smooth and even and top coat seemed to stick very well with no bubbling or blisters. Aluminum is a tough material to paint over so I hope this primer does the trick. Only gave mid marks for heat resistance because it is not being used in a high heat area, but I did dry the parts in front of a wall furnace in my basement and they got fairly warm with no issues.

Great Silver Look
We used this on some deck art work. The metal silver result is really nice and worked very well for my project.

Great product
Fantastic product. Repainting a outboard motor lower unit. This product went on smooth and even. Unfortunately, I used Quick Silver paint afterwards and the uneven and spatter from that paint ruined the project. Use rustolium paint NOT Quick Silver

Adheres good, doesn't like epoxy or other fillers
I used it to prime a dinged up aluminum cover for a commercial mixer. I had to repair some dents / deformations with an epoxy filler (Marine-Tex). Everything was sanded smooth and degreased. After applying the primer, it had etched out the edges of the epoxy. I was able to fix it by applying a heavier second coat of the primer, waiting a couple of days, and sanding until smooth. There was no bare metal, so I applied my topcoats of Rust-oleum V2100 industrial enamel. It came out well, but the extra effort was a nuisance and days lost. I've since tested scrap aluminum with other epoxy (West System) and polyester (Bond-o) based fillers with the same results. Same with some paints. The fix I describe worked in all instances of edge etching.

So far, held up for 15 months
Used this on the front edge of the aluminum hood on a 2012 Mustang. After using a, aggressive wire wheel to dig the corrosion from all the crevices, I used this before smoothing it over with glazing putty. Had the car painted, and there's no sign of the corrosion returning well over a year later.

Good results, good price and effective for 1980 Aluminum Boat
Restoring a 1980 aluminum boat and this stuff is very easy to use and seems to work well. Next step Rustoleum hammered paint to finish topside. Happy with results
