This is the only product that works with my back pain, and the product is so great, I do not have any skin irritation, like with other products. It stays in place, and it does exactly what it is supposed to do. I have using these for years. I will never change this product for any of the others. These are the best heat patches I have tried. They adhere well - to a degree that makes them a pain to get off, but a tradeoff I'll take for them staying put for hours even when I'm dripping sweat! And they continue to put out heat for several hours. I typically use them on my lower back, but also find that they also work well on my upper back and shoulders. They're a little spendier than some other options, but well-worth it.

This product performed even better than I expected. Once it placed on your skin, it gradually heats up and lasts a long time. Will definitely order again.
