I wish I had tried these sooner! Especially when I was super congested. I didn’t even know I wasn’t fully breathing. Lol Not just to help reduce snoring but general better nose breathing. I got the medium for myself and large for my son. They adhere best when your skin has no oil on it. They gently lift up to open your nasal passage. The silicone and sticky did not bother my skin at all.

They came off during the night. Other brands I have used stayed on until morning. When I tried to return them, a message that they weren’t eligible for return was displayed.

I really thought the Santex nasal strips were what I needed to breathe better at night. My wife says that I snore, too. The problem with this product is the adhesive is not sticky enough to keep the strips in place all night. I followed the instructions for washing my nose beforehand but it didn't help. Also, the residue must have clogged my pores because I started getting painful whiteheads on my nose after a few days. Pros: + Individually wrapped. + Helps to enlarge the nasal passage so you can breathe easier. Cons: - Caused an acne flareup on my nose. - Weak adhesive. - Somewhat expensive at $0.28 per nose strip. Sadly I can't recommend these, especially if you have acne-prone skin.

Helps me sleep so much easier and longer! I can finally breathe! Super easy to apply and remove, no funky smell, and doesn’t leave residue. Personal fave for my husband and me.
