LIKE A HOT KNIFE THRU BUTTER
I purchased this Victorinox bread knife as I was fed up with my old Sabatier one which gave a very poor cut, WOW what a great knife this is, light but tactile and comfortable to hold easily, the cut is good and easy to keep straight even on the crustiest of farmhouse loafs. great knife at great price, would recommend this knife to any bread lover!

Perfect for slicing cake
My first cake knife so I have nothing to compare it to, but I can say that it is sharpe and a brilliant length to be able to slice the tops off cake.

Amazing knife
This knife is fantastic! It has an ergonomic comfortable handle which makes it easy to use. It cuts perfectly every time. I also use this to carve meat.The knife is solidly made and is one of the best things I have ever brought. Definitely recommend to others

Good knife for the price.
I am a professional chef and run a carvery. The knife does the job well but does need frequent sharpening. An extra inch on the blade length would probably make it even better but all in all an excellent knife for the price. No hesitation in recommending this knife.

Probably the best bread knife ever!
Actually cuts the bread and doesn’t tear it, a good weight and comfortable to use. Easy to direct in order to alter the thickness when slicing if you’ve started off too thick or thin. Brilliant!
