This has truly become one of the best investments I’ve made for myself. Initially, I was a bit hesitant about using a home traction device, concerned about safety and comfort. However, the Saunders device proved intuitive, comfortable, and safe. The padded cradle and controlled hand pump allow me to adjust the amount of traction gently and comfortably. Within weeks of regular use, I felt a significant reduction in my neck and shoulder pain. It feels like having my own mini physical therapy sessions right at home, fitting seamlessly into my busy routine. For other caregivers who often put their own needs last, I highly recommend investing in something like this. The ability to relieve my own pain at home without leaving my father unattended is invaluable. When my arm and hands start going numb, I can use this 3 days in a row. Once or twice a day and the numbness goes away. Expensive but high quality.

BEWARE This item should only be used by a medical professional according to my husband's doctor. This item made his neck worse and will be seeing a surgeon this month. When I tried to contact the seller it automatically said Non refundable item then I tried Amazon's A-Z guarantee and had no luck, So beware when ordering this product.

A bit pricey, but much better material & construction than similar, cheaper item that I had to return. For me, what makes this one better is the soft rubber neck braces. They sit just right against the base of the skull and not press on the arteries like the others. It’s very comfortable. Bought this one in early Sep. and only need to use it 1 time for 10 minutes at about 10psi. The pain is gone. Just wish insurance helps cover some of the cost. This is the one they use at the PT

Works relatively good. Pressure bleeds off just a little bit...have to add a pump every so often. Not sure if any of these can get 5 stars from me. This is the best unit ive tried so far.
