Pleased with Purchase
Wanted something to strengthen and maintain hand strength/grip. Did not need something a body builder would need...just something to off set age :). Product fit the need. Appears durable enough for regular use by a regular person. I have small hands so the fit is a little big, but it's certainly workable. The only thing of note is the "counter"...it's just a cheap plastic flip thingy and you can tell by the feel it's destined to break. This is not of importance to me and is not a deal breaker.

This set is absolutely awesome!! It has help my hand be way less stiff, also seems to keep my joints moving better. I am 65 and they are not too hard for me with the variety of strength available on them. I would recommend them for anyone who needs to strengthen hand and wrists. Or to just get really good exercise for your hands, very convenient storage bag that's almost too small because you get so much to put in it. Anyway I just love my set and it's always right next to my chair!!!

I totally love this grip device. And I really like all the different gadgets it comes with. I’ve had carpal tunnel for many years, and my wrists and hands aren’t as strong as they used to be. I can already notice a difference in my strength. This is a must buy.!

Great for grip strength
Love the upgrades they made. I have the previous version of this kit. I like the new counter on the grip, especially. The feel of the grip is better too. On the old one I’d have to turn it upside down to get a better feel. Great updates.
