Omg it actually works. I never thought there could be something that helps you sleep like this, and without needing to consume anything. I have trouble sleeping continuously for 8 hours. I wake up at least four times every night and am exhausted in the morning after. I bought these sleep patches hoping to find relaxing and rejuvenating sleep. I have used them for two nights, but there was NO EFFECT AT ALL. On the third night, I found it worked fairly well, but this seems to be an outlier. On the following 10 nights, I found them to be INEFFECTIVE. I shall continue to use them every night until I have exhausted all the patches to see if there is any significant effect that could allow me to sleep deep, at least for 5 to 6 hours, if not 8.
