Delighted with my new neck, shoulders & back shiatsu massager. In fact it can massage almost any area of the body satisfactorily because it is easily manipulated to different areas by use of the arm loops. It is a well made quality item and functions surprisingly well which, for the price, is a pleasant surprise. It is very portable so long as you have a plug nearby. The flex is sufficiently long at approx 2 metres in length. It does come with the right plug fitted. The only slight con might be that its arm loops might be made for somebody with much shorter arms than the normal European. But, once you get used to the shortness (and it appears to be non adjustable), it's fine. My son put his eyes up to heaven when I said "try it". He did & after grappling briefly with the short arm loops, he announced that it was really good and gave a very pleasing neck massage. It has heat (that should be very nice in winter) and three different speed levels. It seems to go both ways in the massage but it has a reverse direction button too. It appears to be able to be used either way round (zips up or zips down) - puzzled me to start but I have tried both and it works great whatever. I have not yet tried it out in the car but it comes with cigarette style charger, so I look forward to trying that next long journey I'm taking. Happy out. I am liking this multi massager to iron out the knots in my shoulder muscles. It does not work on battery, it must be plugged in.

This massager has exceeded my expectations It's easy to use, and feels powerful. It offers multiple intensity settings.The build quality is solid and feels durable. It's also lightweight enough make it portable. – the included car charger adapter is a good idea.Overall, this product has been a great for my post-workout recovery and even everyday muscle soreness. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and effective massager.

If you have neck or shoulder pain or other issues around the neck area this really does work. Functions really well, immediate pain relief, very comfortable on the neck (no need to try and balance it like a cushion), easy to use and portable.Would highly recommend…worth every penny!

It’s effective and does what it’s suppose to. I think there could be something wrong with my neck though cause I couldn’t move my head to the side for 2 days without getting stabbing pain up my neck into my skull and dizziness.

I was not sure what to expect with this but it turned out to be absolutely amazing.I literally melted under it as it massaged away years of neck and shoulder pain that no massage has managed before. I would whole heartedly recommend this.

The Neck Massager is a great product overall, it's straightforward to use and you can use it yourself without needing help, although the product is designed for the neck and shoulder area the unit can work all over your body because it is compact and has multiple settings. It is nicely priced and I would recommend it, it also has a car charger adapter - Happy Customer : )

Not bad but would prefer it to be rechargeable as the cable gets in the way
