Mud/sand in the tea

Ordered 2nd bottle and tasted mud and saw muddy particles in the end of the tea. 1st box was okay. Very disappointed as can’t return

No quality

The product plastic seal came open, it’s not reusable pet container it’s non recyclable plastic 👎🏽, the metal lid was full of rust from maybe storage in humid wet space. The leaves also look stale and not fresh at all. i’d say pass and spend more on something else.
