Value priced and works well
Charges both new Li-ion and my older Ni-Cad battery packs. Works as it should.

Works as advertised..so far
Purchased this (charger & Lith-ion battery) to replace a Craftsman 19.2V Ni-Cd battery for my 15+ year old drill. Charger did charge the new battery...now I am anxious to see how long battery will last on a charge...and how many chargings the battery will take. (My last craftsman battery did NOT last as long as the original battery)

Craftsman sucks
I bought the lithium batteries and charger thinking it was a upgrade but with In 2 1/2 years they don't hold charge anymore. Craftsman make a good hand tool but not cordless tools

Don't Waste Your Time
If you have old Craftsman battery powered tools but need a battery charger, like I do, my advice is to replace all of your tools with another brand and start over. Craftsman was a great brand back in the day, but today seems very tenuous -- even if you can buy a Craftsman product at one of the big box stores. Support for old equipment is nonexistent, and the viability of new equipment remains questionable. I realize Stanley Black and Decker bought the brand, but support so far seems iffy at best. My OEM battery charger died, so I tried to keep my old tools running with this new charger from Powilling. It simply does not work. It shows a dead battery as being charged with a solid green indicator light after only 1-2 minutes. Even if I leave the battery in the charger for an hour, or two, or overnight.....same result.....a battery with very, very little charge, like 10 seconds worth AND at a greatly reduced output. I have four 19.2 V Ni-CD batteries, two of which are new, and this charger can't charge any of them regardless of the amount of time spent in the charger. It's a shame to have to landfill my whole collection of battery powered Craftsman tools, but Craftsman no longer sells a replacement charger and the aftermarket ones from China don't work. You'll be farther ahead replacing everything with a new strong brand that's still in business rather than following me by trying to keep the Craftsman stuff running.

So far, this charger is as described.
This charger arrived very quickly. It charged four new 19.2 volt batteries in less than an hour each right out of the box. It has very nice, bright indicator lights to let you know if the Battery is charging, fully charged, or, defective. So far, so good, I cannot make any negative comments, and, I cannot comment (at this time) regarding longevity of this charger. I will try to update this report, if possible, in the near future after using regularly, for awhile.

Works perfectly with Craftsman 19.2V Cordless Drill
I previously reported that the batteries and charger arrived on time and appeared to be as described, but I hadn't actually used them yet. Now I have and they do, indeed, work as advertised. The charger took about 45 minutes to fully charge each battery, and, after that, they worked perfectly as replacements for the old Ni-Cd batteries that came with my Craftsman "75th Anniversary Edition" 19.2V cordless drill. I would definitely recommend these batteries. Note, though, that the charger that came with the cordless drill only works with Ni-Cd batteries, so you need to buy a Li-compatible charger along with the batteries.
