It seems like its doing something
I have been using it for only a week post workout, seems like it helping with recovery a bit. The taste is alright, im not in love with texture.

I have always loved the GNC brand of protein shakes.U know what and how they are so I don't really need to tell you how good they are.Low in calls, high in all the right protein and slow sustain of 7 hrs of protein intake.What is not to love.

Outstanding product line
The flavors are great, vanilla, chocolate and the cinnamon toast flavor are my favorites but I have enjoyed each one I've tried. Would recommend!!
