Micro-USB to 30-pin Adapter Charger Converters for iPhone 3G/3GS/4/4S (Pack of 4)

The 30 pin adapter worked as expected. After buying multiple single use cords and having them all become frayed or broken it actually works great when kid accidentally pull the cord too fast or drop a device. The micro USB connection comes apart without damaging the cord or device port. Worth the money

Since this type of connector is almost extinct & my wife uses the only 30 pin item we have left I thought these adapters would be a smart purchase as it connects to Mico-USB which should be around for at least a decade.

I had hoped to use this to play my old iPod thru my tuner. Unfortunately, it only carries the charging signal-- you can't use it to access files. Too bad, it would have been great otherwise.

There is an extra adapter in the pack. All work perfectly with an iPad2. For $6 with free 2 day delivery for 4 pieces I obviously could not be happier. I was shopping for a dedicated cord but the only ones that were not stupidly expensive were only 3 feet. I tend to use this iPad2 all the way until the battery is dead so spend a bunch of time using it while it is plugged in. The 3 ft are a pain in the ass to use in those (daily) situations.There was a 2 pack of 3 ft, 30 pin cords that were $7 or $8 and the 6 ft or 10 ft cords were about $10 each. Last year I bought some micro-usb to lightning adapters so before ordering the short cords or expensive longer one I decided to check for micro-usb to 30 pin and found these. Not only are they a fraction of the price of dedicated cords but my household also includes android phones. Plus every device out there is usb-micro whether it is a Kindle, a hearing aid, lighters, Bluetooth accessories etc. So I suspect that like everyone else we have a an absolute glut - actually a flood is more like it - of micro-usb cords in every room in every drawer. They vary in length from 8 inches to 25 feet so as long as these adapters work OK, it is literally really stupid for me to buy dedicated 30 pin cords. I wonder if people that are having trouble with them are using devices much newer than the iPad2? For newer technology it might be an issue but they are full charge for the iPad2 and also work perfect for data transfer. I checked all 4 at both tasks.

Absolutely love this adapter. I needed a cheap solution so I could charge and erase an old iPhone and love that I didn't have to purchase a new cable and was able to use one of these adapters.

Adapter does not support data transfer or connection to a stereo. Only works for charging.

Overall a good product, works as intended.

Service was prompt and product was as expected. Absolutely no complaints.
