I bought this heating pad, and had it a few months, and the cord ripped off of the pad, leaving wires hanging. I reached out to the company, and they replaced it with no issues. I really like this heating pad, it works great and I was happy that they sent me a replacement. I would recommend this product.

I had so much hope for this weighted heating pad since I think Brad & Bob’s YouTube channel is awesome. I go through a lot of heating pads due to arthritis- at minimum, 1-2 per year. This was unfortunately, hands down, the worst heating pad I have ever bought. Without exaggerating, it barely even got warm, there was barely any weight to it, and is on the smaller side. I would only suggest this blanket to someone who is extremely sensitive to touch/temp.UPDATE: I have to update that the Bob & Brad Customer Service team saw my review and wanted to make it right. Not only were they so kind in their message and apologized that I wasn’t satisfied with the heating pad, that they offered to send me a mini-massage gun free of charge. And that thing is awesome! I have not been able to put it down. I would absolutely buy from Bob & Brad again! (And no, they did not tell me what to write). Changed my stars from 1 to 4- for their awesome customer service.

Works great and I like the weight.

Great heating pad and so easy to operate, with easy-to-read numbers. The size is good and it seems very well made and extremely comfortable. I've been using it at least 3 times daily since I got it, with no problems. I normally use number 5 for my legs and number 4 for my neck. But it does go up to number 6, which is really HOT. I also have their massage gun and as happy with that, as well. Designed by Chiropractors who know what they're doing.

So glad I ordered this. I love that it is weighted and presses the heat right into my muscles. I would definitely recommend this product.

3 stars because even though the material quality and weight feels very nice, the heating is not good. The highest it can go is 6 but that is only lightly warm, anything below is hardly noticeable!
