This product works great for removing salt from my kayak and trolling motor. I use it on all my gear that I use when fishing in saltwater. Fishing rod and reels , paddle, hobie drive, live well pump and aerator. I also use it on all zippers on my life jacket because stuck zippers is usually why I have to replace them. Salt water can ruin gear quicker than any other use and this product works well to maintain all of my gear.

Salt spread on the roads in winter has been just brutal on my truck. So super important to wash it off when ever you can and still tough to get it off under the vehicle around the frame, etc.... This salt remover does wonders. Best to wash the vehicle first to get off any mud and salt to start with. I use this solution with a pressure washer with soap dispenser. Then after setting for a bit I rinse with a hose. I am seeing a noticeable different in the amount of rust I find on my truck after each winter. I use about a 1/4 gallon each time I use this solution to wash my truck. You go through it pretty fast, but the price is good so you just buy another gallon.

I purchase this to use on our vehicles to get the road salt off in the winter. In Michigan we use a good amount of road salt and it's hard on the vehicles. I also try not to go through the automatic car wash too often because of the damage it does to the clear coat on your vehicle. I used this to mix in a gallon sprayer and take it with me to the spray wash. I spray the car with this and then enter the spray wash bay to wash this and the salt off. Works pretty darn good. Much better than trying to get the salt off without this spray.

This product does a great job and sprays good in a pump sprayer. Not a pure cleaner but it removes the salt as intended. Can however mix with a good soap for optimum results for cleaning. Its a salt neutralized and not a car soap but does clean off salt when sprayed off.

I regularly use this salt remover product to flush the Suzuki 200 HP outboard motor that my pontoon boat has. I just had the first routine maintenance done on the motor and the mechanic commented that he can tell that I am using a salt removal solution because the motor has no sign of corrosion or salt build up. I typically flush the motor for about 8 - 10 minutes with fresh water and then I use about 5 ounces of this salt remover as a final flush. I have also used this product to rinse heavy salt off of the pontoons and the exterior of the motor--I spray it on using low water pressure, let is stand for about five minutes, then rinse with my pressure washer and all of the residue comes right off. I think this is a great product and I plan to continue using it for the life of my boat.
