The first time I ordered, I bought the longer ones. They are terrific for teaching back and going down legs. This time I purchased ones that were shorter, and find them perfect for arms, belly and shoulders. The smell of the herbs inside is to my liking and the craftsmanship is very good.

Nice product. I saw a person on their Instagram using these. I hope I can relieve muscle tension in my right shoulders.

Good for massage

These things are more amazing than they look. The balls on the end smell great and natural. They look homemade with great coloring. My kids understood the challenge and once I showed them to “drum” on mom’s back it felt amazing and it was really fun for the kids. The handles do have a hanger if you choose to hang them to display them. I definitely think they’d make for a good conversation starter!
