Honestly, all around a good purchase with good value for it's price. It's easy to install, doesn't lower water flow significantly, and comes with enough Teflon tape to complete a clean installation.

I live in a area where the water has alot of chlorine and my hair &skin got dry I've been using this filter and have noticed a difference my hair is getting healthier and I've using this over six months I definitely have recommended this to friends and neighbors .

I had to purchase a separate seal for the shower side of the filter. The one that came with it was smashed and unusable. Other than that, the water quality and softness is to our liking and we don't get any of the smell we used to.

Unfortunately, at less than a year old, the casing developed a pinhole allowing a fine, long stream of water to spray above our tile high up onto the drywall. The spray was so fine it was hard to notice when getting into the shower since my husband and I both wear glasses. I don't know how long it had been leaking, but by the time I finally I caught sight of it, mold had begun to grow on the drywall. I did like it up until then. Good water flow, and notably softer water. But pretty unhappy now that I have a mold remediation problem and will have to repaint my wall.

Excellent product, arrived in perfect condition, and the material seems strong and durable. From the first day I used it, I've been thrilled; my eyes no longer sting when I get water on them. I'm hoping for the same results with my hair loss. It was highly recommended to me, and I didn't hesitate to buy it.

So we live in the San Pedro area and the water quality is not great. We’ve had multiple water quality alerts regarding the beach so I can only imagine the water we use in our home. So I use water filter filters all the time I know exactly when to change it because of my hair starts to feel oily again. I purchased this one because I’ve used this before. It’s easy to install. A size isn’t as big as it looks in the pictures and it works well. So ideally, I have to change ours about every three months. I know it’s recommended you can change it probably every six months but because of the quality of water in this area, they don’t really last up to six months for us so depending on where you’re at, just keep that in mind. You instantly feel a difference when you put a shower filter in your hair will not feel oily and not feel like it’s dirty or heavy. It will fill light and airy and it’s the best thing ever. I also purchased this because our son when we first started giving him baths when he was born his skin is very sensitive and he was getting a little red spot on his skin so I changed out filter and instantly his red spots and Russians were gone.
