Exactly what I hoped for. I have bought several of these over years in an attempt to improve my posture. This product actually pulls your shoulders back a bit, which is the most beneficial thing for your posture and did not hurt at all. I can wear this comfortably for a few hours and it serves as a gentle reminder to pull my shoulders back and straighten my back. I bought the pink one, but am tempted to buy another in a more neutral color. Also, the medium/large fit well even though I have a large ribcage. This product is highly recommended!

I'm wearing under my clothes because it's tight. The material is soft enough on skin. I'll wash by hand, drip dry. My back feels better, my posture better with it on. I had major surgery and started stooping. I would buy this again.

I suffer from chronic pain on my shoulder blades, and neck because of my poor posture. I am someone who is on my computer most of the day. And as much as I would like myself to keep my posture straight, it just doesnt happen. I always go back to slouching after few minutes and over reaching. But with this thing, its a good reminder because you can feel the pressure it does to keep your shoulder open. The braces at the back helps with ensuring you feel the need to keep your shoulder upright. It is very well made. I have a quite few from different brands, but this one is the one that I like the very most. The thick straps are very well needed to help your shoulders not to hunch. Over the years I have tried several posture correction braces, with varying amounts of success. Most of them rubbed badly under my arms, or just never fit correctly. This brace has so many options for adjustments, it is one that is capable of fitting a wide variety of body types. I find the brace very comfortable, and it really does help correct my posture. Even after I take it off I am standing much more upright than I did before. This is a brace that I happily give five stars!

I would love to give 5 stars because it does work but I need extra padding around my armpits. I get bruising after I wear it. Size was right and good price. Definitely needs more padding

Enjoying this posture corrector. It's not bulky or uncomfortable. Easy to strap on like a backpack and then it straps closed with a Velcro on front. It helps by keeping your shoulders back. I'm 5'2", 140lbs, 36D, medium to large in tops and I got the Small for this based on reviews. It fits perfectly.
