I don't do reviews often but I wanted to share my experience here. I'm very happy with my purchase, as a breastfeeding mom it's challenging to find a low sugar healthy electrolyte powder to help me with my milk supply. This gives me energy and also is safe to consume for me and my baby. I have a huge tumbler and one is enough to get a subtle taste in my water. I love it! Will continue to buy!

These electrolyte powders are very strongly flavored but delicious! I use 1/2 a packet in 40 ounces of water and it still tastes great. They have Sucralose as a sweetener and definitely are sweeter than other brands I have tried. The orange flavor is good, similar to an orange creamsicle, usually orange is the flavor that I don't like in a mixed pack so that was a nice surprise. Frequently on sale and a pretty good value for the quantity.

Very flavorful! Excellent taste; none of that yucky artificial aftertaste from other sugar substitutes. It dissolved fairly well, and there was no gritty texture to it. I can definitely use one packet in 32 ounces of water. I’m not big on flavored water, but these…these I don’t mind using them. Also, I can feel the hydration moments when I use this product. So, I’d say they are effective and worth purchasing.

I’m diabetic so I must have a sugar free product. The flavors were nice but they use sucrose as a sweetener and that can upset stomachs and give you explosive diarrhea. I only sipped it few times and yes it happened and it was horrible. My daughter said that sucrose can cause “ dumping”, that’s when everything gets dumped. I tried to return and Amazon said that the manufacturer doesn’t do refunds. I talked to Amazon and explained what happened and they gave me my money back. Be careful when using this product!

Absolutely love this, I live in Charleston SCI am a driver for a huge car dealership, THE WEATHER HERE GETS VERY HOT, Gatorade wasn’t gettin it, I found this product on tic toc, ordered it, LOVE IT, the flavors are delish, my husband drank one while he was cutting grass in 100 degree heat index, will be ordering more soon for the both of us, 5 star product for sure, thank you tic toc or I may never have found this, Robert and Sherry Kirkley

Initially received these as a free gift when I purchased a simple modern cup, but the cup didn’t last long. These however, are delicious! I love them and in comparison to its competitors (Liquid IV, LMNT, Ultima) these are fantastic and budget friendly! I would compare the taste to liquid IV without the sugar content and they are similar in nutrition profile to LMNT. Perfect middle ground.

These are the best tasting packets I have ever had. You do need to use about 30 oz of water per packet they are strong. But delicious
